MESSAGE FROM THE CEOs DESK OCT – DEC 2017
I wish you all a very joyous and delightful New Year. I hope 2017 was a great year for all of us and brought lots of happiness and joyful moments for us. I wish this New Year 2018 will also bring good fortune. With a new beginning, we all are ready to say goodbye to 2017, and I am very proud to discuss that how wonderful 2017 was for SuperSeva. I am equally excited about what 2018 is holding for us all. I believe 2018 will be a year of greater growth opportunities for SuperSeva and our clients which will be mutually rewarding.
The Third quarter of 2017 was quite fruitful and edifying for entire SuperSeva Family. We achieved a greater high record in our business, both in terms of finance and expansion; it will be a pleasure for me to put everything in front of you.
We maintained a well-balanced and realistic business projection throughout the quarter. Our belief in delivering what is promised with excellence has fortified a strong balance sheet for us, successfully achieving a revenue growth of 3% maintaining equilibrium between our revenue and business expansion with respect to Q2’2017. But despite of having a balanced and steady revenue growth we achieved an all-time high revenue growth of 38% compared to Q3’2016.
We began to build our alliance stronger during the beginning of the year 2017. Our practice of “delivering with excellence” proved a fair domination onto the market. During Q3’FY2016 we expanded our business alliance across 18 Cities PAN India. Overall joining an alliance with major corporates and enterprises like Kronos, Hotel Hyatt, Godrej, Daimler, Indigene and DLC throughout the year 2017.
During Q3’2017 we also developed a good serviceship with clients like Adobe, Manipal Hospital, Barclays (Pune), and Caterpillar. With are a dedicated focus on developing our business vertical of Contractual Staffing and IT Staffing we are now Serving Smartworks, as their Strategic Partnership Alliance. Along with it we also grew our Concierge desks at HCentive, and Alvarez & Marsal.
Achievements & Major Initiatives:
The strong relationship we enjoy with our customers, Employees, and Clients in a novel manner. I am also glad to inform you all about our SuperSeva Cashback Loyalty card which we introduced to our customers to ease their Shopping methodologies. We launched our cashback card during early October 2017, and till date, we managed to please our 2000+ loyal customers and their shopping needs.
2017 brought us a huge success in terms of up gradation as well. By upgrade what I mean is we successfully updated as ISO 9001:2015 certified from ISO 9001:2008. Not only this, We are also now a lot bigger family at SuperSeva. Our total manpower count is now 1000+.
SuperSeva is now emerging as one of the industry’s top-notch Business Support service provider. It is my please to share my experience as a speaker and talking about the success story of SuperSeva to new and aspiring entrepreneurs during WeConnect ThinkBig 2017 – Woman Entrepreneur Summit and Y4BIZ (Youth For Business) – a Youth entrepreneurship event organized by Jharkhand Government.
Along with all these great fruition, we finished a wonderful year with joyful excitement and greater motivation for our upcoming challenges.
