SuperSeva is soon to be 18!

SuperSeva’s 18th anniversary is a testimony to our successful management style and it is an important milestone in our journey. SuperSeva started in the year 2000 with a clear focus on providing Enterprise Support Services to its clients. Our CEO Mrs. Kumud Sharma took over the company in 2007 and SuperSeva has grown leaps and bounds under her leadership. Our Enterprise Support services offerings spans across non- core areas of an organization aligned as – Admin and Facility Support Services, Legal and Finance Support services, Enterprise Event Management and HR Support Services.

Our services are available in PAN India at around 300 on-site locations. Key cities such as Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Gurgaon, and Vizag are all well serviced and served by us. Our committed and well-trained staff of around 1000 employees have earned a reputation for professional service and empathy. We have an operational presence in 18 cities namely: Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Lucknow, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Vizag, Bellary, Bangalore, Chennai, Bhubneshwar, Jamshedpur, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Bhopal, and Raipur.

Bird’s eye view of last year’s performance:

Financial performance: SuperSeva witnessed financial growth in almost all verticals last year. The growth chart looks good and our overall business revenue has recorded an impressive 21% increase in comparison to that of the last accounting year. Our business revenue increased by 7% in comparison to the revenue generated during the same quarter of the previous year.

Achievements: An important milestone to make note of, is the upgrading of our ISO certification. We are now an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization. During last October, we launched ‘SuperSeva Cashback Loyalty’ card and managed to garner 2000+ loyal customers.

Major events and initiatives of 2017-18:

As we all know, SuperSeva is a WeConnect certified organization. Last year, our CEO Kumud Sharma addressed aspiring women entrepreneurs during the WEConnect ThingBig 2017 – Woman Entrepreneur Summit. She also shared her rich experience at Y4BIZ event (Youth For Business) – an initiative by the Jharkhand Government. She also spoke at the “Startup Jharkhand Mentorship Programme” which was organized by the department of IT and e-governance, Government of Jharkhand.

R&R and other programs: We had several rewards and recognition program during the last year. The major one being last year’s annual day function where several employees were rewarded for their contribution to SuperSeva in various capacities. In Delhi last year, we had another R&R program. We also had an annual meet at end of the last financial year to introspect into our financial performance.

Wellness and Welfare activities: SuperSeva being a WeConnect certified organization celebrates women’s day each year with a lot of purposes. This year, the women employees arrived in ethnic wear for the occasion and there were activities planned for them. This was followed by some gifting and free health check-up. Several health and wellness activities like cyclothon, marathon, and cricket were also conducted during the last year. Festivals like Holi, Deepavali and Onam are celebrated with fun and frolic every year.

Our new address: We moved to a new campus in the 2nd stage of HSR layout, Bengaluru this year. The occasion was attended by the whole family of SuperSeva employees. The occasion was graced by the members of our top management – CEO, Mrs. Kumud Sharma; MD Ajay Shankar Sharma; Sr. Vice President – BD & Operations, Mrs. Rachana Maladahiyar; Vice President – Sales & Business Strategy, Mr. Sathya Murthy; Head of Accounts & Finance, Mr. Krishna Kumar and Head of HR and Staffing, Vishvas Yadav.
