- Identifying potential clients and generating leads, meeting clients and finalizing the comprehensive Facility Management/ Contract Staffing & HR Services/ Managed Services/ Concierge, Travel Helpdesks Deals for Malls/ Hotels/ Hospitals/ Corporates etc…
- Making Business Development Plans & Strategies.
- Analyzing latest trend of the market in terms of Comprehensive Service & Property Management and bench marking with the other Facility/ Hospitality/ Staffing & HR Services Management Companies.
- Develop New Business Relationships, generate and negotiate new income for organization to the set targets and increase year after year.
- Sending Proposals and giving presentations to the clients on the services offered by SuperSeva.
- Helping in signing of Agreements, SLA’s, NDA, and LOI’s.
- Assisting operations team in Service mobilizations & managing clients & service delivery.
- Preparation of Activity Charts and Event Calendars.
- Helps in renewal of contracts from the clients.
Skill’s & Experience required:
- Graduate with good communication, convincing & negotiation skill.
- Target driven and self motivated.
- Minimum 5+ Yrs of B2B Sales experience for senior sales position.
- Minimum 2+ Yrs of B2B Sales experience for Junior sales position.
- Candidates from Hospitality/ Facility/ HR & Staffing industries will be preferred.
