End of the fiscal fourth quarter brings along with it the “SuperSeva Quarterly Award: Celebrating Performance”. At SuperSeva we set high performance targets for ourselves and we believe in rewarding and awarding employees who has helped us continuously to reach these milestones.

Keeping pace with the tradition of recognizing exceptional contributions, the program started with welcome address by Vishvas Yadav to all the employees. Next, our CEO, Kumud Sharma warmly thanked everyone for their unstinted dedication and contribution made towards the company’s progress. She motivated the employees to stay dedicated and “work from heart” to maintain the implication of SuperSeva.CEO quoted “If you begin working for us you will soon find out how eager we are to incessantly work at ensuring that people’s requests are not only met but new horizons are surmounted along the way.”

Then our honorable chief guest Mr. Mathew Issac‘s wonderful speech on his pronounced reference to quality of life and ethics encouraged all. He advised all to “Be the CHANGE which you wish to SEE” and “Dream Big”.

The stage was then taken over by Vertical Heads. Tania Sikdar- Head Sales and Marketing updated on developments on Sales and Marketing. SuperSeva acquired many clients in this wonderful quarter like Peninsula Land, Manipal, Tupperware, ICICI Lombard, RupeeZone, Kaizen and many more , etc .Followed by Debjani Lalwani- Vice President-Sales, SuperSeva who emphasized on her goals to acquire more clients. She emphasized to “Dream Bigger “.Next, Rachana Maladahiyar- Country Head CRM took over the stage to keep posted the achievements of CRM team. She thanked her team for their full support and dedication and also announced that most of the existing clients are now opting for Premium Concierge Service.

Vishvas Yadav – Asst. HR Manager added we increased up to 10% more in regards of employee strength this last quarter and affirmed on introducing employee beneficial services. Shashidhar Venkatadri-Head-Operations (Concierge Services) took charge of introducing User-friendly and error-free interfaces for support side.

Words of all Vertical Heads will work as a motivating factor for all the new joiners to remain committed to their work and focus on larger goals to make the organization the “Best Corporate Partner” in future.

The day was not restricted to speeches alone. We had a blast with activities that followed. Fun-filled activities were done by HR Team like Guess the Movie and Celebrity and an activity game “Bang-Bang”. The crowd present were delighted and the whole event was supported by cheers and applauds form everyone.
