 SuperSeva was started with a vision of providing best managed services to clients and become the most sought after names in the industry. Today, the vision is clearer than ever. Our strong focus on delivery has helped us scale new business heights. I am delighted to share these updates with you.

  1. Below is the summery of last year business achievements
  • Business performance has scaled up to 86% since last year
  • Our client base has taken a 16% hike since last year
  • In the concierge vertical, we have added 40% more desks across the country
  • We have now added 5 new cities to our extensive national foot print. The cities are Ahmadabad, Cochin, Coimbatore, Durgapur and  Bhubaneswar

2. From the new initiatives front, we are extremely happy to share that SuperSeva created  a ticketing platform for ‘Jack Canfield Live in Bangalore’ event. The platform can seamlessly be integrated with our website and payment gateway. It was also highly customizable and dynamic. Transaction charges levied while booking tickets were less than usual bank rates. Since then we have been asked by several other clients to develop the platform for them.

3. At SuperSeva, delivery is the backbone of all the business operations. The relentless  strong focus has enabled us to retain most of our clients this financial year. The ones that we lost were due to global economic slowdown.

4. In the end, achieving those performances and figures would not have been possible without the support of our employees. As a company, this financial year we have managed to keep attrition to minimum and have achieved a higher learning curve thanks to our dedicated human resource.
