Denis Waitley said, “The most splendid achievement of all is the constant striving to surpass yourself and to be worthy of your own approval.”As we retrospect our performance in the previous quarter, I must say that we have started the FY 2018-19 on a great note. We have witnessed significant financial growth and added new clients into our kitty. I thank our esteemed clients and my entire team for their contribution towards the same.
A quick summary of our all-round performance in the last quarter:
SuperSeva witnessed financial growth in most verticals in the last quarter. Our EBITA have also improved. Revenue has increased by 10% in comparison to last year.
SuperSeva has forged new business alliances in each major vertical in the last quarter. An important development was the acquihiring of a major concierge service provider from the national capital region. Thanks to the acquihiring, we have added 35 new desks at once, into our ambit. We also added an Indian conglomerate to our ever-growing list of concierge clients.
We have also added new clients under the managed services vertical in this quarter. We have bagged back the contract for managing the front office of IBM after a gap of three years. This is a testimony to our credibility and quality of service offered. SuperSeva is the preferred choice of our loyal clientele and we have renewed most of our service agreements. We were also awarded a contract to manage the mailroom services of a multinational research and development company.
Our HR and staffing services vertical saw good revenue growth in the last quarter. Few new clients were added and the existing clients opted for more services resulting in higher revenue. On the facilities management front, we have added 4 new clients. We had steady growth in our e-stamping and franking vertical.
Achievements & Major Initiatives:
SuperSeva is just about to celebrate its eighteenth anniversary in a couple of days. The company has earned a great reputation for itself in the enterprise support service sector and we look forward to serving our privileged clients in the most efficient manner in the days to come.
SuperSeva received the WeConnect certificate during the last quarter and we are proud to be certified by them. I was one of the speakers at the Annual Women Economic Forum (WEF) 2018 Conference held at New Delhi during April – May. I am glad to share that I was conferred with “Exceptional Women of Excellence” award during the same conference.
We organized ‘rewards and recognition’ program in Delhi during the month of April to recognize the best performers of the fourth quarter. We have started a new service – providing CEIG certification (Chief Electrical Inspector to Government) to the companies. We also fulfilled a request to transfer the ownership of more than 2000 vehicles spread across various cities of India, from one company to another, within two months.
