We spoke to one such employee who has made great strides, personally and professionally. Ms Debjani Lalwani is the VP Sales-Premium Services of SuperSeva Service, who has shared her journey so far with SuperSeva.

How many years you are working with SuperSeva?
I have been with SuperSeva for more than 3 years now.
Current Responsibility and your greatest achievement so far?
My current responsibility is looking after Sales (fulfillment) and Operations of the Premium Services vertical.
How do you feel about your achievement?
This is just the beginning; there are lots more to get done
What approach do you take while serving customers?
I strongly believe the one true secret of good customer service and acting accordingly; “You will be judged by what you do, not what you say”.
What are the challenges faced in this business and how you over came those?
Outsourcing creates uncertainty for existing employees and contractors who provide services to the client organization. The uncertainty can cause this staff to look elsewhere for employment and leave either before or during the outsourcing implementation, causing a need to backfill the resource: this creates a long sales cycle
Please describe your journey so far with SuperSeva.
In the month of August, 2012 I completed 3 years of my journey in this company – a journey filled with struggles, success, fun and joy. This was made even more memorable because of the larger effort that each one put in here at work supporting me/my team. I take pride in THANKING each and every one for their support.
