• All the products and services are available only in Bangalore,Chennai,Hyderabad and Mumbai.

• The Member shall avail the services only for the benefit of the member and his family.

1. Super Billing

• This covers only the payment of the bills mentioned below. All other bills and related activities will be covered under the category SuperSevak.
• All requests for payments must be given at least 2 days before the due date.
• On receipt of your request our service representative will collect the bill and money from your prescribed address within 24 hours.
• Bill will be paid the next day and the receipt delivered within 24 hours after the bill is paid.
• Electricity Bills
• Water Bills
• Telephone Bills
• Credit Cards
• Pager / Mobile
• Insurance Premium
• House Tax
• Club Membership
• School Fees

2. Super Ticketing

a) Travels

• Tickets are subject to availability.
• Requests for tickets are to be made at least 48 hours before the time of journey.
• Information of confirmation or non-availability will be conveyed on the same day through email/phone. Delivery of tickets will be done the next day.
• In case you ask for a revision of dates or any other detail it will be regarded as a new request.
• Entertaining emergency requests will be at the sole discretion of SuperSeva.

b) Movies

• Tickets (if available) will be delivered at least 2 hours before the show timings.

c) Trade fair/circus/dramas/Plays/Sports Events/Music Events

• Tickets if available will be delivered at least 4 hours before the show timings. The service charges will be on a case-to-case basis.

3. SuperPost

• In case items (e.g. inland, envelope) need to be procured the process will be initiated within 4 hours of the receipt of the request. The requested items will be delivered within 4 working hours of receipt of the request.
• For all other requests, our service representative will collect the material and money from your prescribed address within 4 working hours of receipt of the request.

4. SuperBank

• For all requests, our service representative will collect the material and money from your prescribed address within 4 working hours of receipt of the request.

5. SuperSevak

• The Requests have to be conveyed at least 4 hours before the customer wants to avail any particular service. Important: The customer should demand for acknowledgement slip for any money / documents given to the service representative and should maintain the same till the time service is completed.
