Please describe the IT enabled procedure SuperSeva has adopted.
SuperSeva's concierge delivery is completely IT-enabled. The front-end has a web interface through which the User places requests, tracks the requests etc. In this view, the User is guided with all the details to enable him/her to place the requests. Similarly the back-end process is completely IT-enabled. All requests are captured and stored in our central server and accessed by the respective teams who fulfill them based on the nature of jobs. Once the jobs are completed, the details are uploaded once again to the respective User's account. In this entire process, there is minimum dependency on the concierge executive to handle the process of accepting requests, answering User's queries and providing clarifications, as the entire process is IT-enabled.
