Diwali 2013: ‘Festival of Light and joy’ Celebrated in SuperSeva

ImageDiwali or Deepawali is celebrated as the festival of lights in India as a symbolization of good over evil, knowledge over ignorance and light over darkness. On this auspicious day, the celebrations galore with the lighting of oil lamps, decorating the homes and washing down many traditional sweets and savories.

SuperSeva as always, values its customers’ needs and provided customized packages at unbelievable rock bottom price. The Diwali gift hampers ranged from crackers and interior decorative pieces to sweets and snacks items. This made the festive season more exciting for all its valued customers. The customer responded very positively and this year orders poured in great numbers. This year we saw a 20% increase in orders for crackers alone compared to last year. We had sold about 500 units of crackers alone. This year we had introduced a new set of items ‘Decorative lights’ to add more colour and joy at your home. New Paradise’ and ‘Jubilee’ were two cracker boxes that was being sought by our customers the most and got out of stock quite early. SuperSeva had provided door-to-door delivery of all items.

SuperSeva had also embraced and welcomed the ‘Festival of Lights’ whole-heartedly on the 2nd of November 2013 marked with the Ethnic Day when everyone came decked in their best traditional attire and prizes were bagged by few. Everyone was engaged in decorating, designing and decking up the interiors of the office and participating in the Rangoli competition. Everyone’s eyes were glittered with the sparkles of crackers when the Management had offered all the employees to burst crackers outside the office.

The feedbacks that we have received from our customers are very good this year which has left us more energized for expanding our business for bigger and better.
